This set contains CD versions of the first 3 77's albums (with bonus cuts). This is the first time these albums have been available on CD, or in any form for quite some time.

The sound is very clean.

As usual, Mike & the gang cram the album as full as they can. I always got annoyed with vinyl when there were huge bare spots, and I get doubly annoyed with CDs that are nowhere near full. The bonus tracks here are, in most cases, a big bonus.
